At Day Break Charters, we understand that plans can change. However, due to the extensive preparation involved for each charter, we have established the following cancellation policy to ensure a smooth experience for all guests:
72-Hour Advance Notice for Full Refund: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled sail time to qualify for a full refund of your deposit or payment.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the charter will result in the forfeiture of the entire deposit.
Weather-Related Cancellations: In the event that the Captain cancels a trip due to inclement weather, you will receive a full refund.
